Empowering girls in Concord to become tomorrow’s leaders

Adventure. Character. Leadership. Outdoor Fun.
Welcome to Concord’s newest Scouting America Troop!
We’re excited to introduce girls ages 11-17 to the life-changing experience of Scouting.
Whether you love the outdoors, want to grow as a leader, or are curious about new challenges, our troop offers a supportive environment where girls can discover their potential and make lifelong friendships.

Why be a Scout?
Scouting is an excellent way for youth ages 11 through 17 to get outdoors, develop leadership skills, give back through service projects, and experience personal growth while participating in fun challenges and adventures with friends.

Outdoor Adventure
We go hiking, biking, boating, skiing, camping, climbing, and more! We have fun year-round
Youth members choose and plan outings based on their interests. Adults are there to ensure safety and help with logistics

Leadership Development
Scouts are organized into small groups called patrols, where they learn teamwork, leadership, and responsibility
Youth are given opportunities to lead, manage, and make decisions, preparing them for future leadership roles

Service and Character
Scouts give back to their communities through service projects, developing empathy and civic engagement
The Scouting program is built around developing strong moral character

Personal Growth
Scouting encourages youth to set goals, overcome challenges, and develop their unique talents and interests
The Advancement program features merit badges and ranks which motivate scouts to learn and apply new skills
